Six down, fifteen to go!
These are great. I love how they give such a sense of your life and a special American place? I've never seen Pkymouth Rock before, and I love the idea of "fried dough."

Great pics...and that dogs looks the best:0)..xx
ReplyDeleteLovely photos and I never realised the rock was so small. I was envisaging a headland or something larger.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog! And yes, Plymouth Rock is a bit of a disappointment when you first see it on person! It's quite tiny!
DeleteGreat finds so far. However, I must tell you I am a bit disappointed in Plymouth Rock! I pictured it much bigger and more impressive. See how reading history can give you the wrong idea of what it would look like? The poor thing looks like it is in jail.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by! Yes, the rock is a bit sad all locked up like that! :)
DeleteLovely to see your start of the hunt - looking forward to the rest!
